Through sheer determination and hard work, he climbed the ladder of the city's gaming industry, progressing from a dealer to a pit boss and eventually a shift boss. Before long, Sam had accumulated sufficient funds to acquire a modest stake in the prestigious Sahara Hotel. Subsequently, he assumed the role of general manager and partner at The Mint, a prominent establishment situated in downtown Las Vegas. During his tenure, Sam spearheaded numerous triumphant initiatives in marketing, gaming, and entertainment.
